Politan Row Opens In Peachtree Corners This Month | Eater Atlanta
"This new food hall, opening on January 31, is from the same team behind Politan Row at Colony Square in Midtown. Seven food vendors are on the roster, including 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar, Boca Taqueria, Gekko Kitchen, Kimchi Red, LOL Burger Bar, Sahirah Kebab & Curry, and Sheesh Mediterranean. The concept is known for taking on well-known Atlanta chefs alongside up-and-coming food producers, pop-up chefs, and food truck owners; the food stalls are individually owned. Unlike traditional food halls, the operation employs “guest assistants” and “guest ambassadors” who act as servers and hosts, helping bus tables, offering water to diners, answering phones, and even booking reservations for large parties.
