"Bubbala’s in San Anselmo hasn’t technically opened yet, as of September 17, but that hasn’t stopped the upcoming restaurant from creating a holiday menu perfect for takeout. Nosh on Aunt Harriet’s brisket, marinated Chicken Marbella, pan-roasted chicken, or roasted stuffed eggplant; each item is available a la carte or as part of a dinner that feeds 4 to 5 people and comes with two sides, round raisin challah, and an apple galette. “Break-fast” items will also be available, such as a bagel and schmear box or platter. Orders for Rosh Hashanah are available for pickup between Tuesday, October 1, and Thursday, October 3; Yom Kippur orders can be picked up on Friday, October 11." - Dianne de Guzman, Eater Staff
