"Iconic Japanese lounge restaurant Nobu has debuted at the historic Hotel del Coronado as part of the resort’s $550 million renovation. Opened in early May, the upscale chain restaurant specializing in Peruvian-inflected modern Japanese food by chef Nobu Matsuhisa occupies a 150-seat indoor-outdoor space.
