It offers low country southern flavors, including whole hog barbecue, brisket, shrimp, blue crab, and a wide selection of oysters. The Chicago location will be nearly ten times the size of their Edisto Beach location, allowing for additional menu items like hash and rice, grit puppies, and smoked brisket with pimento cheese. A raw oyster bar and a broad beverage selection, including craft beer and a deep bourbon program, will complement the food.
