"Founded by Cory and Jaclyn Yates a little over a year and a half ago as an at-home business, this shop grew its following by selling hand-rolled, traditional East Coast–style bagels in a variety of flavors at local markets including Tomball Farmers Market and Jersey Village Farmers Market. The owners have signed a lease for a permanent storefront taking over a former coffee shop and expect to open in September. The menu will focus on breakfast and brunch offerings—bagels with cream cheese schmears, bagel sandwiches, coffee, and a limited selection of lunch/brunch sandwiches—kept intentionally simple because of the compact space." - Amy McCarthy
