Several new bars and restaurants are coming to the Book Tower in downtown Detroit | Eater Detroit
"A century-old Italian Renaissance–style landmark designed by Louis Kamper, this 38-story downtown skyscraper underwent a more than $300 million restoration after sitting vacant and blighted since 2009; it was purchased in 2015 and reopened in June following a seven-year renovation. The mixed-use redevelopment now houses a newly launched apartment hotel and high-end residences, includes an on-site events offering managed by a hospitality group, and is slated to welcome its first food and drink tenants as early as later this summer." - Serena Maria Daniels
