"As Kneaded Bakery is set to open with a weekend-long celebration of all things flour and yeast. Founded by Iliana Berkowitz, it started as a pop-up and bread club in 2016 and has grown into a strong following with bread available at shops and farmers markets. The bakery offers a variety of breads such as miche, baguette, honey rye porridge, and challah, each with a distinct taste. It also sells bread-based snacks, including bialy and plans to offer sweet and savory toasts.
