"French chef Louis Cespedes worked in restaurants in Auvergne and Bordeaux before finding his way to Stockholm. While working at Frantzén, he met Swedish sommelier Jonatan Nyström, and in 2022, they launched Persona, named after the Ingmar Bergman film, in the upscale Östermalm district. At the intimate, 25-seat establishment, you can tailor your own menu with help from a server or go for a multi-course set menu.
