"Described as a Japanese supper club from Mujō executive chef J. Trent Harris in partnership with Castellucci Hospitality Group, this Buckhead spot is set to open across from the St. Regis in early 2026. Harris and chef de cuisine Keith Miller plan a menu that blends washoku and yōshoku, featuring smoky seafood and luxe cuts of meat slow-grilled over binchōtan charcoal in sumibiyaki style.
