"Sorimmara is a large chain in South Korea that has opened in Shoreline (and Federal Way), capitalizing on the popularity of personal hot pots with a Korean twist. Similar to Chinese malatang restaurants, diners place desired ingredients (meat, vegetables, noodles, tofu, mushrooms and more) in a bowl for weighing (you pay by the pound). Moments later, the kitchen sends out the cooked items in a broth with gochujang and gochugaru to spice it all up Korea-style. Tteokboki (rice cakes) and guobaorou (crispy, thin-sliced pork with sweet and sour sauce) add to the experience." - Jay Friedman
