Delightful Soft Serve Truck Finds a Permanent Home in Northeast | Eater Twin Cities

"I’m excited that the single cutest food truck on the road has found a permanent address at 807 Broadway Street NE in Minneapolis: Katie Romanski’s pastel-striped truck has become an Instagram darling, serving cones piled high with soft-serve and topped with playful additions like gummy sharks, Capn’ Crunch, edible glitter and an absolute bounty of sprinkles and jimmies. In addition to the cones, the shop will offer about 20 different kinds of shakes with mix-ins such as cake, fruit and cookie dough, plus scones, doughnuts and brewed coffee. The plan is to open early this spring, possibly as early as April, and to operate most days from 7 am to 10 pm." - Joy Summers
