"City Bakery debuts in Detroit on January 29 on the ground floor of the Fisher Building. Known for its hot chocolate in signature blue and white cups with homemade marshmallows and the pretzel croissant. The Detroit location offers breakfast, lunch, dessert, and catering services from Monday to Friday. The bakery features white vaulted ceilings, blue square tile backsplash, counter-facing banquettes with gray and yellow upholstery, circular wood tables, and countertops made from recycled acrylic Alkemi.
