"Patrick McKee, most recently of Dame, has announced an Italian concept that now has a new home inside a Boise Scandinavian restaurant. He will be serving dishes such as cacio e pepe and squid ink bucatini (along with other Italian offerings), while his friend Ben Preacher will be handling cocktails, wine, and front-of-house duties. Service for the concept will run Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 10 p.m." - Harry Cheadle
