"Reopened inside Mi Casa Grill Cantina at the Silverton, Su Casa now offers a new menu of traditional coastal Asian cuisine with a Latin influence; I found offerings that include a salmon ceviche, an ahi tuna poke bowl topped with toasted macadamia nuts and served with a choice of white rice or matcha green tea soba noodles, and a surf-and-turf roll featuring tempura shrimp, spicy lobster, and rib-eye carpaccio, among other dishes. Through October 4 diners receive a free appetizer or sake with a $30 purchase, and the restaurant is open Thursday through Monday from 4:30 to 9 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
