"Land & Sea Dept. is vacating the building’s second floor, home of Cherry Circle Room, a vintage Chicago restaurant without windows surrounded by dark wood; Milk Room, a tiny eight-seat bar that pours fancy drinks and vintage spirits; and Game Room, the bar area outside Cherry Circle Room that serves light bites and beer surrounded by pool tables and other games.
