"Coming up on its 20th anniversary on New Year’s Eve, Diner is Tarlow’s seminal restaurant and I note that Caroline Fidanza — who was Diner’s opening chef for ten years and later opened Saltie — has rejoined the group as culinary director, helping extend the sustainable, farm-to-table ethos that Diner helped establish.
