Dubbed Pure at The Village, the Carlsbad satellite of Miramar’s Pure Project Brewing will house a tasting room plus a small on-site brewing component where head brewer Winslow Sawyer is expected to make special small batches just for North County; Tec/scape Design — which also worked on the Bankers Hill tasting room opened this summer — is collaborating on the project.
