"Eating here in Fremont almost feels like being in Myanmar — the dining room confirms it's where many Burmese folks in the Bay come to eat. Everything is strong: plump, crispy samusas; curries that are on the oily side yet still delicious; and a thick, rich mohinga. The tea leaf salad stands out as extra bitter, fermented, and umami-forward (just like in Myanmar), and for a sweet finish I often try the falooda made with rose water, milk, strawberry ice cream, tapioca, coconut jelly, and egg custard." - Omar Mamoon
