Maine Shack Will Bring Lobster Rolls to LoHi This Summer | Eater Denver
"A popular Lower Highlands (LoHi) restaurant from the same Culinary Creative partners, it is the current workplace of chef Craig Dixon and will host an early pop-up preview for the new Maine-inspired seafood project. On June 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the dining room will feature lobster in several formats — tails with clarified butter, a meaty lobster mac and cheese, and multiple styles of lobster rolls — giving diners a taste of the forthcoming menu." - Josie Sexton
