"Josephine’s Italian Kitchen was the third restaurant that co-owner Tony Wagner opened along Columbia Pike. It was named after his Sicilian grandmother, offering a menu with items like bolognese based on her recipe, crispy goat cheese-stuffed eggplant, tuna tartare, and braised lamb shank.
