"Ready for its first lunch service, Henderson can enjoy the latest dining import to Water Street, starting today. Juan’s Flaming Fajitas & Cantina has expanded from its Spring Valley base, keeping the same opening hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and closing at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. At 5,500 square feet, the space is larger than the original restaurant, with room for 224 guests inside, and out on the patio. Featuring a stand-alone bar and dedicated section for private events, fifteen video gaming machines have been installed in the bar top. Close to the intersection with Victory Road and next door the Lovelady Brewing Company taproom, the main dining room can be opened up to Water Street through rising garage doors that access the patio. Diners can opt for booth seating and standard tables and chairs, surrounded by many wall mounted TVs in the dining area, over the bar and even the restrooms. The popular Tex-Mex menu has also been brought over, including “flaming fajitas,” sopas, ensaladas, table side guacamole, “Baja style” fish tacos, plus margaritas, sangria, and daiquiris." - Bradley Martin
