"On the eastern edge of Multnomah County, Fairview has opened a shiny new food plaza with indoor and outdoor vendors and a playground, and the pod will also feature a 37-foot, two-and-a-half-ton fork that the town touts as the world’s largest—though The Oregonian notes it is technically 40 feet tall with three feet of the prongs stuck in the ground; the fork is currently standing at the pod’s future site at the corner of NE Halsey Street and NE 223rd Avenue." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
