"San Antonio chef Jason Dady is throwing a huge tailgating event the day before the Super Bowl on Saturday, February 3. Titans of Tailgate will feature over 30 chefs, including Philip Speer, Michael Fojtasek, Diego Galicia of Mixtli, Matt McCallister of FT33, and others. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Chef Jason Dady Scholarship Fund at the Culinary Institute of America.
