"Argentina-born Marcelo Doffo’s Italian roots inspired the budding winemaker to establish a winery in Temecula, which broadcasts classical music for the vines that birthed his still-popular red blend, Mistura, and has since fueled an expanding portfolio that includes a Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and a Vermentino, a more recent planting that grows well in the valley.
