"A Valentine’s-themed pop-up bar in the Hubbard-Richard/Bagley area, produced by In-Laws Hospitality as a short-term activation while the group decides the next steps for the space after Bagley Central closed in 2022. The transformation—done with a wink to Cupid—aims to be a cozy, inclusive spot for solo patrons, couples, friends, or new connections, offering V-Day drink specials amid saccharine red, pink, white, and heart-shaped decor. Programming leans social and playful, with Galentine’s gatherings, singles nights that include speed-dating, and mood-setting playlists curated by the bar manager and WDET host Nick Austin. The pop-up runs through the end of February with hours Sunday–Thursday 4 p.m.–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 4 p.m.–midnight." - Serena Maria Daniels
