A Very Millennial Coffee Roaster Plans to Open a Cafe in Lakeview - Eater Chicago
"Bae Coffee Company, founded by Alicia Zyburt and Devon Owens, is set to open in the former Pastoral space in Lakeview. The cafe will feature a 'millennial pink' aesthetic and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and eventually food specials. The couple started Bae Coffee during the pandemic and have been roasting beans in small batches at Brewpoint Coffee in Elmhurst.
