"Housed in SoMa behind an intentionally tacky pawn-shop facade, customers pass through the faux storefront to reach a more flattering dining room where the restaurant now serves tapas in a rather different environment than Beso. The new spot, which is a partnership with next-door neighbor Monarch on 6th Street, has taken on some dishes and employees from Beso and has just started offering a bottomless mimosa brunch that recalls the one Bisou used to serve in the Castro." - Caleb Pershan
