"Chef Leonard Yu's roving sushi pop-up Omakase Table becomes a permanent restaurant at the Seven88 complex. The restaurant offers a 20-course omakase experience with two seatings of 16 people per night. Yu and two chefs will serve groups of four to six people at the sushi bar. A more focused omakase of 15 to 17 courses will also be available, along with a small takeout menu. Fresh fish will be flown in weekly from Tokyo's Toyosu Fish Market. The restaurant aims to open on November 1, with invitation-only previews starting in mid-October." - Beth McKibben
