All of our breads are made with our very own Tommy and Atticus sourdough starters and fermented for a minimum of 18 hours. From the classic country loaves, cinnamon raisin swirl, honey whole wheat, challah, and even cinnamon rolls if it's bread we use our starter in it. Our pastries our made with the highest quality European style butter, valrhona chocolate and locally sourced produce. All of our croissant based pastries have over 100 flaky buttery layers.
