"Horn Barbecue has been dark since a fire tore through its Mandela Parkway flagship in November 2023, but now the celebrated barbecue purveyor has since re-opened in downtown Oakland as of late April, sharing space with sister restaurant Matty’s Old Fashioned in Old Oakland.
