"Wilson is technically not the Triangle, but there’s a good chance a number of folks from Raleigh and Durham can be found waiting in the parking lot on any given night. The Beefmastor is an institution in the truest sense of the word. Customers put their names on a list (no reservations) and then return to the parking to tailgate until a table frees up. Once inside, guests choose their size of ribeye (the only cut served) and then head to the salad bar while they wait for their meal to be prepared.
