"Opening a second bottle shop and tasting room in Phinney Ridge in early 2023, the Orcas Island–born shop will set up in the Shared Roof building at 7009 Greenwood Ave as an intimate venue with room for about 20 indoors and out. Owner Cole Sisson says he’ll continue to showcase small, natural producers (including his Orcas Project collaborations and signature releases with winemakers like Portland’s Division Wine Co.), push boundaries with sake and cider, expand rotating flight selections, host visiting importers and winemakers, and arrange group events with neighboring businesses; there are even rumors of a small oyster bar from Renee Erickson because one of the building partners is involved with her Sea Creatures group.
