Top Chef Brooke Williamson Just Launched a Craft Beer With The Bruery | Eater LA

"I see The Bruery as an Orange County–based independent craft brewer founded by Patrick Rue and based in Placentia, California; they reached out to Brooke Williamson in 2017 to collaborate, producing Girl Grey—an Earl Grey tea with almond milk–inspired beer Williamson developed after testing roughly 150 flavor ideas—which is now available in 30 states. They also worked with Williamson on a March release called Kyuri Dragon, a sour-leaning beer with notes of keffir, lychee, dragon fruit, and cucumber that Williamson describes as “Really refreshing, floral, and light on the fruit,” and that will be available only to members of The Bruery Reserve Society." - Mona Holmes
