These delightfully smoky little nuggets of pork belly get slathered in a sweet and peppery glaze, and it’s damn near impossible to eat just one. This is a counter-service spot, and the line can get very long, especially at lunch, so plan accordingly. You’ll be eating on communal picnic tables inside.
