"Frank & Roze will serve coffees from producers committed to sustainable farming practices and living wages for workers. In addition to all the regular coffee drinks, the cafe will also serve a changing menu of cold brew concoctions like the Mile-High Mojito, with cold brew, muddled mint, and choice of milk. Denver chef and restaurateur Tom Coohill will develop the food menu for Frank & Roze. Expect breakfast sandwiches, croissants, Danishes, muffins, scones, toasts, tartines, salads, sandwiches, cheeses, and charcuterie. The restaurant will also sell beer and wine." - Erin Perkins
