The Bellagio Debuts a New Restaurant Just in Time for Pool Season | Eater Vegas
"This Florida-based coffee shop is opening its first Las Vegas location and is collaborating with Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient Lexi Gawlak (known for appearances on “Guys’ Grocery Games”) on the offering. The menu features classic coffee-shop fare and sandwiches such as egg and cheese sandwiches, a vegetarian chicken biscuit with hot honey, and Chiang Mai hot chicken. The new store opens on March 19 and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Janna Karel
