"After closing its Cosmopolitan outpost following a 15-year run, the beloved burger-and-milkshake concept returns off-Strip to the Arts District with a 2,800-square-foot spot that opens May 29. The signature, over-the-top menu is back, featuring the Forager burger (a beef-and-mushroom blended patty with creamy steak sauce, a fried egg, Swiss cheese, and marmalade onions), a blackened chicken sandwich layered with bacon, chipotle ranch, and pepperjack, and decadent “Bam‑Boozled” boozy milkshakes—examples include a cookies-and-cream shake spiked with whipped cream–flavored vodka and a Nutella-and-coffee shake with chocolate ice cream, each piled high with doughnuts, cookies, and marshmallows. Founder and Vegas native Billy Richardson says the move brings the concept “home” to a neighborhood he considers the soul of the city. The new location sits next to Velveteen Rabbit, marked by the brand’s colorful cow above a glowing marquee, and features exposed wood arch trusses, aged brick walls, curving booths wrapped around a turquoise glass–tiled bar. It debuts at 5 p.m. on May 29 and will be open daily from 11 a.m., closing at 10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays." - Janna Karel
