"A sports-bar setting on Water Street in Henderson that recently launched a lively Sunday brunch (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) featuring an Aperol spritz cart, bottomless beverages, and an indulgent, comfort-food-driven menu. Executive chef Trevor Garrett and culinary director Jordan Camacho serve standout items like chicken in a biscuit—rotisserie chicken and cheddar baked in a large biscuit topped with a sunny-side-up egg and schmaltz gravy—and a pork belly sandwich with pork belly, eggs, and cheese sauce on a locally baked bun with home fries. The breakfast poutine is a signature dish made with Nueske’s bacon, French fries, mozzarella, rotisserie chicken gravy and a fried egg, while other offerings include French toast stuffed with cream cheese and seasonal preserves, a Cluckin’ Benedict with cured chicken breast and schmaltz gravy on a bagel, calle de aqua chilaquiles, and a Frog in a Pond (fried egg on cheddar jalapeño bread with bacon-fat hash browns). Brunch also leans into boozy sweets and creative cocktails—Release The Kraken Granita (Kraken black roast coffee rum, RumChata, La Colombe coffee), a salted caramel VGK Bourbon shake, a peanut butter shake with Skrewball Whiskey—and bottomless mimosas, beermosas, bloody Marys, and Aperol spritzes." - Susan Stapleton
