The double storefront space on South Kingshighway includes a mill, where the team grinds and nixtamilizes rare and unique heritage varieties of corn sourced from local growers. That depth and heart translate directly into the nostalgic, home-style dishes the Henrys loved as children, as well as Alex’s more cerebral dishes, like white chocolate mole draped over Japanese scallops.
