"Planned to debut in March 2019, this French-Japanese restaurant will occupy part of a two-story venue within the Midtown East luxury condo at 100 East 53rd St. near Lexington Avenue; it was one of two Midtown restaurants Joël Robuchon was working on before his August death and is now being advanced by longtime colleague chef Alain Verzeroli, who worked with Robuchon in Tokyo for nearly two decades.
