"This Italian market and eatery's second Dallas location occupies a bright 4,000-square-foot space inside Bryan Tower at 2001 Bryan Street, with seating for about 100 diners indoors and outdoors. Opened by husband-and-wife Christina and Daniele Puleo (who run the original Sylvan Thirty location), the new spot is tailored to the Central Business District’s morning coffee and lunch crowd. The menu highlights Roman-style pizzas cut into slices with scissors, alongside salads, paninis and pasta, and it offers Italian wines and coffee drinks. It is open Monday–Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
