"The crown jewel in restaurateur Tom Douglas’s collection, the Palace has been an industry late-night spot since it opened in the ‘90s. We’re talking dim lighting, a big bar, velvet, an over-the-top mural that should be in some minor noble’s estate somewhere. The menu is ‘90s too, with nostalgic dishes like goat cheese lavender fondue and grilled artichoke. It’s also one of the few places in Seattle you can get scrapple, only served after 10 p.m. What will you do until then? I dunno, get a cocktail." - Harry Cheadle
