Galleria Conservatory Opens Food Hall in Former Space of Houston Nightclub The Roxy - Eater Houston

"Conservatory Galleria is opening as a food hall in the former space of the Roxy nightclub. This reboot of Houston's first food hall will feature 11 food vendors including Bird Haus, Blk Mkt Birria, Cvche Kitchen, Clutch City Grill, La Taquiza Street Tacos, Luv’Em Leches, Rollin Phatties, SeoulSide Wings & Rice, Thrive, and Wokker. The site will also include a cocktail lounge called the Roxy Room, two bars, and a mezzanine lounge with seating. Happy hour specials, weekend markets, DJs, car shows, and live bands are planned for the space." - Courtney E. Smith
