H Mart Has Opened a Large Food Court in Queens | Eater NY

"I visited the Long Island City H Mart at 48-18 Northern Boulevard; its supermarket opened in 2022 with shelves stocked with snacks, frozen items, produce and other provisions, plus a standard hot bar. Earlier this month the attached food hall debuted as phase one and currently features stalls like Oh K‑Dog and Gong Cha alongside lesser-known outposts; a spokesperson says the main area will open all its zones by summer. Few H Mart locations in New York City have attached food halls — the first arrived in Flushing in 1989, with a later follow-up in Bayside — and what’s planned for Long Island City is slated to be the biggest food court the Korean grocer has launched in the five boroughs yet." - Emma Orlow
