Sweet Maple Opening in SFO for Millionaire’s Bacon at the Airport | Eater SF

"One of San Francisco’s most popular brunch purveyors, Sweet Maple will open an airport outpost in Terminal 2 (after security) in March, offering travelers a last (or first) taste of San Francisco. I know it as the home of Millionaire’s Bacon — a thick-cut, brown sugar and cayenne glazed bacon dish that owners Steven and Jiyeon Choi have even trademarked — and its original Pac Heights location opened in 2010. Choi cites his education in molecular and cell biology for the quality of the Millionaire’s Bacon, and the menu isn’t short on other classic American plates with a touch of Asian influence, including the “big hip” deep-fried French toast as well as breakfast sandwiches and scrambles." - Caleb Pershan
