Situated in the Embassy Suites, Hand Cut serves lunch and dinner featuring a menu of modern chophouse fare served in the elegant dining room. On selected evenings, dinner may be accompanied by live music. The selection of burgers includes a luxurious truffle cheeseburger and a classic burger topped with sweet onions and gooey American cheese. Steak options are highlighted by a massive two-and-a-half pound Tomahawk bone-in ribeye served with torched rosemary and butter.
