Under CEO Harvey Metro the brand has reverted to the Vintage Pizza Bistro tag—a return from the Matchbox Kitchen & Spirits moniker introduced in 2015—and since Thompson Hospitality took control in July the chain has targeted smaller footprints and more bar-driven business.
