"The popular Urth Caffe is planning a Henderson location, set to open this fall. The third outpost of the cafe in Southern Nevada is moving into the District at Green Valley Ranch with its organic teas and coffee, acai bowls, omelets, French toast, paninis, breakfast pizzas, and more. It joins other restaurants in the outdoor shopping mall, including Echo & Rig, Rachel’s Kitchen, and Cantina Tequila.
