"Bub’s is a pop-up-turned-restaurant that’s delighted in Mid City the last few years. Aaron Amadio, Tristan Moreau, Peter Prevot, Josh Richard, and Ron Richard started their smash burger pop-up in June 2020, quickly gaining a loyal fanbase for their expertly crisped patties and savory house sauce.
