"I found that the long-planned Dallas outpost of Etta is now in question after Etta Collective's recent Chapter 11 filings: the Dallas retail space remains vacant, its Texas sales tax license is marked inactive so it cannot operate under the previously applied-for license, and Eater Dallas uncovered no construction permits for the project; an SEC filing shows fundraising for Etta Dallas continued as recently as July 2023, and while David Pisor told Eater Chicago the Dallas location is still in the works he did not respond to Eater Dallas at press time." - Courtney E.
